Throughout my academic career, I've acquired a number of programming skills. My core skill set lies within the R-programming language. I have used the language for a variety of statistical analyses, as well as the development of a novel acoustic pipeline for my PhD, thus becoming proficient. Additionally, for the implementation of this workflow, I've gained experience with R-package development. For broader usability, I am also working on an R-shiny implementation of the workflow. Moreover, I've become adept at data visualization in R, taking workshops with data-viz legends such as Yan Holtz and Cédric Scherer. Finally, I've recently expanded my coding skill set to include bioinformatic analysis of eDNA sequencing data using a combination in tools in bash and R.
